Chef de cuisine Tom Tschierschke, is responsible for the restaurant kitchen of DÉLICE La Brasserie.
For our French-inspired kitchen he uses mainly regional and seasonal products, without forgetting the natural responsibility of sustainability. A delicate yet sophisticated menu at Délice La Brasserie offers a wide variety of light, innovative and vegan-friendly dishes.
SERVICE TEAM
Our experienced service team is led by our Restaurant Manager, Undine Kuhnert. She and her team have a thorough knowledge of our dishes and with their delicious recommendations they will make sure you will be satisfied with your choice.
Sebastian Eichenseer, our Junior Sommelier will make sure you’ll find the perfect wine to go along with your menu.
